I understand. I’ve had plenty of clients in similar situations to yours. They were afraid, they felt chained down, they felt they couldn’t be themselves, and they felt like failures. That changed for them, and it can change for you.

You can look forward to shedding 1-3 pounds every week on this program. This is an amount that won’t freak out your friends, won’t make your skin saggy, and won’t be unhealthy. You will have more energy, be conscious of your intake, and you’ll actually enjoy your food more!

Need to lose a lot of weight? No worries, most clients come in at least 50 pounds over their perfect weight – this is what I specialize in, not people who complain because they “can’t lose these last two pounds!”

I strongly discourage crash dieting, as this is very unhealthy in the long run, and doesn’t lead to success with our methods. This is not a ‘quick fix’ – do NOT call if you want to lose 30 pounds in 2 weeks, before your best friend’s wedding or your class reunion. That’s not healthy, my methods don’t work like that, and I’ll have nothing to do with it.
